Calvin is focused on the practice’s ability to deliver high quality research, design, and design education. His philosophy on innovation starts with thoughtful observation and capturing deep insights from the experience owner. Those skillsets come in handy as a design thinking coach at the Stanford d.school, where he’s worked with global executives and SpaceCommand—a branch of the Department of Defense. Qubicle’s vision is to provide game changing and equitable solutions, carefully considering the implications of design.

For Nicholas Jayanty, human centered design is not a practice, it’s a world view. As a design researcher and strategist at IBM, he supports Fortune 100 clients to design and implement their digital transformation in a rapidly changing IT landscape. Inside and outside IBM Jayanty works to democratize the tools of design, enabling living experts to co-create solutions that better their lives and their communities.
